I tried out Tosenme restaurant on Rufino St. in Salcedo Village, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, in February 2023. This place specializes in food from the Xinjiang region of China. They also have an entirely separate menu just for Vietnamese food, although I didn’t have time to try any of those.
