Makati City closed down Esteban St., Legaspi Village, Makati, Philippines to car traffic last March 19- 20, 2022. It was only open to foot and bicycle traffic.
There was a night market-ish event there for that weekend, and lots of pet dogs.
I walked around to take photos so I could practice using my new 7artisans 12mm f/2.8 and 25mm f/1.8 manual focus lenses (purchased March 2022).
