I checked out Art in the Park in Salcedo Village, Makati on 03/19/2023. It had a pretty chill vibe with lots of interesting poodle encounters:

There were a lot of interesting art that I snapped as a souvenir, but obviously for things like this, you have to be there in person to appreciate.
