Lagusnilad Underpass, Lawton + nearby portion of Intramuros, Manila, Philippines- walking tour
11:01 video mirror on YouTube in case the embed above doesn’t work.
This pedestrian underpass used to be pretty sketchy. The Manila City government recently renovated and cleaned it up in 2020, so I thought to check it out. The current highlights are two murals, but I believe their city government is adding more stuff to it in the months to come.
I included maps and photos of how to find the entrances in the video, shot December 27, 2020.

I checked out Bonifacio Shrine Park AKA Heroes’ Park AKA Kartilya ng Katipunan Park in Ermita, Manila, Philippines on 12/15/2020.
Fast forward to 06:57 if all you want to see is the food stuff.
The Bonifacio Shrine is a park built around a sculpture memorializing the eponymous revolutionary leader (against Spanish colonial rule) Andres Bonifacio.
It’s quite lit, literally, since it’s Christmas season.
