Some of the cars don't have their names etched on the underside. In those cases, I gave them "unofficial" names (not names given by Hot Wheels). See notes in the tables.

Most of the cars are grouped according to how I felt like grouping them. A few are grouped the way they were originally grouped when they were released (e.g. the Blings series, Baywatch series, etc..).

I stopped taking the cars out of their blister packs around 2000. Photos of the cars in blister packs are of lower quality because it's hard to take a good photo through the plastic.

Note: The year a car was designed doesn't necessarily mean that was the year that particular model was released. They often recycle the same car design (but with a different paint job). When Hot Wheels decides not to put out the car anymore they put it in "Final Run". They release twelve (12) "Treasure Hunt" cars every year. These cars are pretty hard to find. I've only chanced on one during the ten-odd years I've been collecting these toys.
